90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

COVERAGE

  • Bomboom products are warranted against material defects and workmanship issues 90 days from the purchase date.
  • Warranty applies only to the original owner and requires proof of purchase.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

  1. Contact Bomboom Customer Service to start a claim.
  2. Provide original proof of purchase and photographs and a description of the damage or defect.
  3. Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Bomboom.
  4. Pack items carefully with your RMA number inside and attach the label.
  5. Drop off at the shipper’s location.

COVERAGE DETAILS

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Bomboom will repair or replace the product at their discretion.
  • Damage from accidents, improper care (fingernail/finger tears, not following product care recommendations), negligence, normal wear and tear, and chlorine-related deterioration (except for Bomboom swimsuits) will void the warranty.
  • Only unaltered, original products are covered.
  • Items sent through warranty are unwarrantable

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  • Legal Rights: Vary by state. Bomboom and third-party suppliers are not liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or direct damages unless inconsistent with local law.
  • Legal Claims: Disputes are contested in Florida courts.
