90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
COVERAGE
- Bomboom products are warranted against material defects and workmanship issues 90 days from the purchase date.
- Warranty applies only to the original owner and requires proof of purchase.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
- Contact Bomboom Customer Service to start a claim.
- Provide original proof of purchase and photographs and a description of the damage or defect.
- Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Bomboom.
- Pack items carefully with your RMA number inside and attach the label.
- Drop off at the shipper’s location.
COVERAGE DETAILS
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Bomboom will repair or replace the product at their discretion.
- Damage from accidents, improper care (fingernail/finger tears, not following product care recommendations), negligence, normal wear and tear, and chlorine-related deterioration (except for Bomboom swimsuits) will void the warranty.
- Only unaltered, original products are covered.
- Items sent through warranty are unwarrantable
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
- Legal Rights: Vary by state. Bomboom and third-party suppliers are not liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or direct damages unless inconsistent with local law.
- Legal Claims: Disputes are contested in Florida courts.
