Endurance Coaching Plans
Basic
Our basic custom plan. Ideal for the experienced athlete interested in a custom training plan who requires little to no changes to their weekly training.
- Fully custom training plans, delivered in 6-8 week training blocks
- Limited coaching support
- Training zone creation with quarterly (12 week) updates
- One adjustment to each training block
- Data and progress analysis on a quarterly basis to outline a strategy for the next training block

Standard
Custom training for the independent athlete. Ideal for athletes who have some prior experience, who are self-motivated, and who are looking for guidance and structure to achieve their athletic goals.
- Fully custom training plans, delivered in 3-4 week training blocks
- Weekly coaching support. Limited access to the coach. Weekly response times.
- Monthly video call to check in on training goals.
- Training zone creation with monthly updates
- Two training plan adjustments to the training block every 2-4 weeks.
- Data and progress analysis on a monthly basis to outline a strategy for the net training block
- Supplemental endurance focused strength training, additional $20/pay period

Our most popular plan. Complete service for athletes who want regular access to their coach, consistent communication, and essential training analysis.
- Fully custom training plans, delivered in 1-2 week training blocks
- 48-hour communication access to our coaches within normal business hours
- Training plan adjustments may be made as needed with 48 hour notice
- Key elements of a personalized training program, with structured coaching.
- Weekly Training Peaks check-ins
- Monthly coaching call or video call and check-in to prepare for upcoming race schedules
- Training Zone creation, weekly analysis and updates to training zones
- Video form analysis. 1 per year, per sport
- Endurance focused strength training included
- Race strategy, pre-race video/phone calls to review strategy. Post race debrief. For A and B races.

A premium service for athletes who want full access to their coach, priority response time, in depth feedback, and advanced training analysis. Ideal for individuals seeking a highly personalized and thorough approach to their training.

- 24-hour response time to calls, emails, messaging, and training peaks comments within normal business hours
- Fully custom training plans, delivered in 1 week training blocks for maximum adjustment and customizability
- Unlimited training plan adjustments
- Training Zone creation, ongoing analysis and updates to training zones
- Video form analysis. 2 per year, per sport.
- Supplemental endurance focused strength training
- Race strategy. Pre-race video/phone calls to review strategy. Post-race debrief.
